Children's Law: Volunteer Trainings

The Pro Bono Project offers many opportunities for volunteers to assist in matters affecting children. There are several trainings offered by our legal aid and education partners at the Pelican Center, including:


Child in Need of Care Trial Skills Building for Louisiana Attorneys on September 11, 2023

Pelican Center for Children and Families

This training was developed in partnership with the American Bar Association Center for Children and the Law and is specifically focused on Louisiana child welfare laws.

Join us for a full day of training, practical role application and networking. We begin sharply at 9am, so plan to arrive early to check in.
