Louisiana Appleseed and The Pro Bono Project will host an informative, FREE PROFESSIONALISM CLE (credit pending). The seminar will cover the history of small successions laws, the importance of title clearing methods, and how to use the Small Succession Affidavit. Attendees will learn more about the new rules that allow attorneys to earn CLE credit for doing pro bono work and will be encouraged to take on a pro bono case.
CLE seminar on relief for homeowners under Mortgage Servicing Settlement (MSS) with emphasis on special relief for Veterans and active-duty military personnel. 3 CLE Credit Hours.
